New Hvac Installations
If You Are Planning a New Home or Business, Call US First. Why?
- You are going to live with your HVAC system a long time.
- Most builders concentrate on the appearance of the home inside and out. They will tell you about the design of the kitchen, the master bedroom, the bathrooms, the tile, the paint colors....
- What they DO tell you about the HVAC system to be installed is:
A. How BIG the unit will be (what tonnage it will be).
B. That you will be cold in the Summer.
4. What they DON'T TELL YOU is also very important!
A. They are not designing the system or ductwork installed.
B. They are choosing the lowest bid.
C. They have no idea if the company is using NON-LICENSED SUB-CONTRACTORS to install the ductwork and the equipment, or if the company will supervise the work from start to finish.
D. What static pressures the system will be operating at. (Very important for the system's efficiency is the quietness of the airflow, and how long it will last.)
E. If the installers have had the training to know how to install the new system.
F. If the installing company will be available to service the system that was installed or if they even have a service department. Do they just install systems?
If you were going to choose an HVAC company, would You
